Designed with a supportive elastic-smocked bodice that has diminutive ruffling all round the top, straps that you can adjust to the length that’s just right for you, an easy-to-wear waistline that’s raised just a bit and a multi-tiered skirt (3 tiers) with a broad ruffle at the hem. Annie’s designed the tiers to start below the hip to create a more slender silhouette. Done up in a nice rayon. They create a romantic look and they’ll keep you cool and comfy in even the sultriest conditions.
