Annie’s designed this little mini with an elasticised and ruffled scoop neckline that can be worn on-shoulder or off and adjusted further with the encased drawstring, so you can get it just the way you like. The full-short sleeves are loose and flowing , with elastic at the cuff. The bodice is comfortably full and gathered, then pulled back in at the waist with a broad swath of elasticised smocking complete with an adjustable drawstring for an even more fine-tuned fit.The skirt flows out in two tiers and ends just above the knee. Done up in a very finest rayon crinkle, soft and silky fabrics that are a pleasure top wear. Easy care as well, cold water wash, drip dry. Wear this all on its own to start the season, and as the cooler weather begins to develop, wear leggings or skinny jeans underneath.
